Survey Says: BI Expert Survey Responses Rolling In

Many of you have taken the time to respond to our recent survey. I want to thank you for your feedback and let you know that we are working on many of the suggestions you have give us. (If you haven’t had a chance to respond to the survey, don’t worry. Subscribers can still access the link for the survey by logging in at the bottom of the article. The link will appear here.)

We are in the process of evaluating the responses, but I wanted to share some of the trends that are emerging from the survey. Interestingly, about half of the respondents listed “BI Strategy” as the topic most important to them. Many companies are mulling over how to move forward with their SAP NetWeaver BW implementations this year, so these responses may be reflecting that. In addition, 26% of the companies involved in the survey are planning on implementing SAP BusinessObjects applications this year.
